My Humidifier Is Newly Bought. Why Doesn't It Fog?

Why is the humidifier atomizer broken? Many customers have purchased humidifiers, which will fail in the process of use. How should we determine the cause of the failure of the humidifier atomizer? How to solve it?

No response when energized

Solution: Turn on the power first, and if 36v and 12v are not responded, the power switch is faulty. Disassemble the power switch to check. If the rectifier is blackened, it means the diode is damaged. Replace it with a new one, and the fault will be eliminated.

The concussion plate is hydrated

If the humidifier has water drops but does not form fog, it is likely that too much tap water is used to cause water alkali on the oscillating plate, so the humidifier cannot work normally and cannot form fog naturally.

Solution: white vinegar can be used to effectively dissolve water and alkali. Remember not to use strong acid to prevent damage to the humidifier

Faulty atomizer

Solution: Open the bottom cover of the humidifier and check whether the fuse is burned. If the fuse is good, try to adjust the potentiometer on the circuit board. Turn it clockwise for a quarter of a turn and try. If the humidifier is not spray, consider replacing the atomizer.
