The following is the test method for humidified atomizer:
The first method: turn the range switch of the multimeter to the DC voltage 2.5V gear, gently hold both sides of the piezoelectric ceramic sheet with the thumb and forefinger of the left hand, hold the multimeter probe with the right hand, connect the red probe to the metal sheet, place the black probe horizontally on the ceramic surface, then press the left hand with a little force, and then loosen it, so that two voltage signals with opposite polarity are generated on the piezoelectric ceramic sheet, so that the pointer of the multimeter swings to the right first, and then returns to zero, Then swing to the left, and the swing is about 0.1-0.15V. The larger the swing, the higher the sensitivity. If the pointer of the multimeter is still, it indicates internal leakage or damage.
One thing to note is that you should never pinch the electric piece with wet hands. When testing, the multimeter should not use the AC voltage gear, otherwise the pointer cannot be observed to swing. Before testing, it is better to use the rx10k gear, and the insulation resistance should be infinite.
The second method: use rx10k gear to measure the bipolar resistance, which should be ∞ under normal conditions, and then gently tap the ceramic sheet, and the pointer should swing slightly.
