This training mainly talks about some inquiry response skills, mining customer needs, how to show your cost performance, your advantages, how to win customer trust and so on.
One form of training as opposed to internal training is external training. External training mainly refers to the process of participants using external resources to participate in learning and continuously improve. Although external training may incur higher costs, more and more companies are willing to invest. Mainly for the following reasons:
1. The external market has a wide range of choices and can obtain high-quality trainers. In today's increasingly valued training, there are countless external trainer resources, and talented people will try to work part-time or full-time in training. In terms of quality, the training received by the internal trainers themselves is often limited, and despite the practical experience, the depth and breadth of their knowledge are generally not as good as those of trainers in external occupations.
2. Through external training, many completely new ideas can be brought in. Compared with internal trainers, external vocational trainers have a broader vision and can bring some external good experience and new ideas to enterprises.
