Patent Law of the People's Republic of China
After the patent right for inventions and utility models has been granted, except as otherwise provided in this Law, no unit or individual may exploit its patent without the permission of the patentee, that is, it shall not manufacture, use, offer to sell, sell or import its patented products for the purpose of production and operation, or use its patented process and use, promise to sell, sell or import products directly obtained in accordance with the patented process.
After the design patent right is granted, no unit or individual may exploit its patent without the permission of the patentee, that is, it may not manufacture, offer to sell, sell or import its patented design products for production and operation purposes.
The manufacture of patented products, for invention and utility model patent rights, refers to the production or formation of products with all the technical characteristics recorded in the claims; For design patent rights, it refers to products that make or form a design scheme represented by pictures or photographs using a design patent.
All our products have applied for appearance patents, and some products have applied for utility patents, which can be purchased with confidence and do not have to worry about infringement.
