Witsega has two kinds of overtime systems. One is voluntary overtime, which is targeted at office personnel, such as sales department, R & D department, quality department, administration department, finance department, etc. For these employees, the working hours stipulated by witsega are 9:00 am, 12:00 am, 1:30 pm and 6:00 pm. After 6:00 pm, it is voluntary overtime.
Another overtime system is for the production department. The overtime time stipulated by witsega is no less than 3 hours. There is no doubt that this is good for employees.
This fully reflects witsega's concern for employees as an enterprise and its due responsibility to the society.
