On October 26, the General Office of the State Council issued the plan for the division of key tasks of the 10th national teleconference to deepen the reform of "decentralization, regulation and service". It was mentioned that enterprises should be supported to work in the international market to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results in fair competition. We will strengthen services for large exporters and small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and help solve production, financing, employment, logistics and other problems. We will increase support for new forms of foreign trade such as cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouses, build an exhibition platform at home and abroad by combining online and offline, and support enterprises to stabilize orders and expand the market. By the end of 2022, a number of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones will be added to accelerate the introduction of more policies and measures to support the development of overseas warehouses.
