It seems that the technical department has little to do with the quality management in the manufacturing process, but it is not. First of all, the Technology Department shall distribute, recycle, modify and invalidate the operation instructions and various technical standards, and ensure that the valid version is distributed to the manufacturing department.
Secondly, the technical department has the responsibility to explain the doubts or incomprehensions raised by the manufacturing department on the process. The technical department should take the feedback from the manufacturing department seriously, and even discuss with the manufacturing department to modify and improve the operation standard and process.
The second is to cooperate with the Manufacturing Department and the Quality Department to analyze the causes of the abnormal phenomena in the manufacturing process, and provide advice on corrective and preventive measures.
