At the same time, the decorative lighting in Korean outdoor advertisements, buildings and sculptures must be turned off after 23:00, and the lighthouse lighting in outdoor sports space is also prohibited. It is reported that the deficit of Korea Electric Power Commune, the only national power supply enterprise in South Korea, may reach 40 trillion won this year.
