The injection molding workshop currently has about 50 staff. And the operating people are 30-40.
The injection molding workshop has 2kinds of injection machine,one is 250tos,the other one is 160 tons.
There are 5 injection molding machines of 250 tons and 20 injection molding machines of 160 tons, totaling 25 injection molding machines. The main production contents of the injection workshop are: injection molding of shell materials of conventional products, injection molding of USB humidifier and mini fan order sheet materials; Injection molding of shell materials for customers' mold opening projects and proofing for customers.
In addition, the injection molding workshop also undertakes shell injection molding projects of other factories, such as routers, toys, vacuum cleaners, etc
