On the afternoon of October 14, 2022, a delegation of 8 from the Emergency Department of Shenzhen Third People's Hospital was invited to Weiteshijia Technology Co., Ltd. to hold first aid knowledge and skills training for the company's employees.
The medical staff of Shenzhen Third People's Hospital held this training activity at the invitation of the company's Human Resources Department. The purpose of the activity is to enhance the safety awareness of all colleagues and their ability to deal with emergencies, master the basic knowledge and basic operating skills of first aid, and be able to carry out effective self rescue and mutual rescue at the scene of accidents.
The training starts at 15:00 and is divided into two stages.
The first stage is theoretical training, which lasts about one and a half hours. Doctor Liu, Doctor Li and Head Nurse Lv of the emergency department systematically explained the emergency rescue methods for some emergencies and diseases in work and life, including the on-site treatment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, common diseases and accidental injuries, in combination with their own medical practice. The explanations given by the medical staff were simple and profound, and the language was humorous. Laughter broke out at the training site from time to time, which was the affirmation of all the students for their explanations.
The second stage is practice. After the theoretical training, about 200 trainees from the company moved outdoors and were divided into six groups to carry out CPR practice drills. Each group had a medical worker who was responsible for explaining. These interpreters demonstrated actions to the model while explaining the essentials, and made the trainees remember more deeply through heuristic inquiry. At the end of the training activity, the medical staff responsible for the explanation of each group also answered other questions about personal safety raised by the trainees on the spot.
